This role is open to professionals with strong experience ineither-Workday IntegrationsorWorkday Functional modulessuch asAdvanced Compensation, Absence, or Talent Management . The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday implementation and support experience, strong configuration skills, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesWorkday Integration Track Design, build, and maintainWorkday integrationsusing tools such asEIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday APIs Developinbound and outbound integrationswith third-party systems Troubleshoot and resolveintegration issues and data errors Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions Ensure integrations meetperformance, security, and compliance requirements SupportWorkday releases, testing, and deploymentsWorkday Functional Track(Advanced Compensation / Absence / Talent Management) Configure and maintain Workday modules includingAdvanced Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management Partner with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement solutions Supportconfiguration changes, business process framework updates, and reporting Assist withannual cyclessuch as compensation reviews, talent reviews, and absence policy updates Conductsystem testing, UAT support, and release management Provideongoing functional support and troubleshootingRequired Qualifications 3–8+ years of Workday experience Strong experience in either: Workday Integrations , OR Workday Functional modules (Advanced Compensation / Absence / Talent) Hands-on experience withWorkday configuration and support Experience withWorkday business process framework Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams Experience supportingWorkday production environments Preferred Qualifications Experience withWorkday Studio, XSLT, XML, and Web Services Experience withWorkday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) PriorWorkday implementation or deployment experience Workday certification in relevant modules Additional Details Remote role – India Immediate start preferred Long-term contract opportunity Opportunity to work withglobal teams and enterprise Workday environments
