Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions, including LLM-poweredapplications and intelligent automation systems. Develop proof of concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and production-grade AIfull stack solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.Engineering & Deployment Develop scalable pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment. Deploy models using MLOps/LLMOps best practices. Implement AI systems using cloud platforms and modern AI frameworks. Full stack development and deployment knowledge and experience inproduction.Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor a small team of data scientists and AI engineers. Guide the team on technical architecture, development practices, anddelivery timelines. Drive best practices in AI development, documentation, and codequality.Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Engagement leads, business stakeholders, andengineering teams to deliver AI solutions. Communicate technical solutions and results to technical and non-technicalstakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence,Data Science, or related field.Experience 5–7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AIEngineering. Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML projects from prototype toproduction. Experience leading small teams or technical initiatives.Technical Skills Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks(PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM ecosystems.GenAI StackExperience with tools such as: LangChain / LlamaIndex OpenAI / Anthropic / HuggingFace models Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) RAG architectures Prompt engineering and model evaluationAI Engineering & MLOps Experience with model deployment frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Docker). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
