Work from Home. Pay will be 2.8LPA Base + 20K Annual BonusThis is a Social Media, Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative/Associate job with BPO experience.There is no sales target. The requirement is to find leads, build relationships and close deals.Note - this job does require working late night India time until 4AM to overlap with USA working timesThis is a full-time role. The selected individual will handle day-to-day quoting, ordering, reporting and other order and supply management. The candidate will regularly communicate with customers on video, phone and email so having very strong english language competency is a mandatory requirement.QualificationsStrong english speaking and writing abilities to communicate with US and global customers Strong social media skills 1-2 years experience in sales or marketing Call center experience is a plus Generating leads from linked-in etc and contacting them Work with suppliers on getting pricing, checking inventory and creating orders Follow up with vendors on order status Send order info to customers and keep them updated on regular basis Enter pricing info into e-commerce systems Develop understanding of computers specifically server hardware Experience with Quickbooks Online Accounting Software is a plus Expertise with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable functions Management of suppliers, invoicing, account setups, product sales tracking and reporting Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and remotely Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in office administration is a plus Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Arts, Business Administration, or related field
