You'll be connecting ecosystem participants, uncovering market insights that drive investment decisions, and building the intelligence infrastructure that enables the clean molecule economy.Key Responsibilities:1. Network Development & Ecosystem Engagement (50%)Leverage and expand your existing network across clean energy investors, offtakers, project developers, and industry stakeholdersIdentify and qualify high-potential clean molecule projects for ratings assessmentFacilitate introductions and connections between investors and project developersRepresent HySights at industry conferences, investor meetings, and ecosystem events (may involve international travel)Build strategic relationships with family oYices, energy companies, energy desks across industry, and investment firmsContribute to business development eYorts and revenue growth initiatives2. Market Intelligence, Analysis & Platform Development (50%)Conduct deep-dive analysis of clean molecule markets, project economics, and industry trendsb. Develop data-driven insights on project bankability, cost competitiveness, and emissions performanceContribute to product development including real-time bulletin capabilitiesSupport the evolution of HySights' proprietary ratings methodologySupport development of systematic data collection processes for market scalingCollaborate with technical teams on platform enhancement prioritiesAnalyze regulatory developments, policy frameworks, and market dynamics across key geographiesContribute to Deal Flow Intelligence reports and market publicationsValidate project data submissions and conduct comparative benchmarking analysisRequired Qualifications:5-8+ years’ experience in clean energy, project finance, energy markets, or related fieldsExperience with LCOE modelling, emissions analysis, or lifecycle carbon metrics.Exposure to infrastructure risk assessment frameworks.Understanding of regulatory landscapes, incentive structures, or certification regimes for new fuels.Proven network of relationships across investors, oYtakers, developers, or energy industry stakeholdersDemonstrated analytical capability in evaluating energy projects, market dynamics, or investment opportunitiesStrong understanding of clean molecule value chains (biofuels, etc.)Minimally Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, or related fieldHelpful Attributes:Genuine passion for accelerating the clean energy transitionSelf-starter mentality with ability to operate independently in a high-growth startup environmentComfort with ambiguity and ability to build processes from the ground upStrong communication skills - ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives and technical expertsFamiliarity with Preqin, DebtWire, or similar market intelligence platformsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary commensurate with experienceMeaningful equity participation in a high-growth company.
