Position:Procurement Assistant – Office Interiors (Fresher) Education : BE/B.Tech Civil engineering, Location:Bangalore, India Experience:Freshers / 0–1 year Industry:Architecture & Interior Design Employment Type:Full-time Key Responsibilities Assist the procurement team withpurchase orders and basic documentation . Maintain and updatepurchase records, vendor details, and material lists in Excel . Communicate withvendors and suppliersfor quotations, delivery updates, and follow-ups. Coordinate withproject and design teamsregarding material requirements. Trackorder status and delivery schedulesto ensure timely supply to project sites. Help incollecting quotations and comparing prices from vendors . Support the team in maintainingorganized procurement records and files . Skills & Requirements Goodcommunication and coordination skills . Comfortable working withMicrosoft Excel and basic MS Office tools . Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
