With an expanding portfolio of healthcare clients and ambitious growth objectives, we're seeking a results-driven Media Buyer who understands the unique challenges of healthcare advertising and can own campaign performance from strategy to execution.The RoleWe are looking for a Paid Media Buyer with Healthcare Expertise to plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for our healthcare clients.This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare advertising, patient intent, compliance requirements, and the ability to generate qualified patient inquiries at scale.Core Responsibilities:End-to-end media buying and campaign management Creative testing and optimization Funnel performance analysis Lead quality management Cost efficiency optimizationKey Responsibilities :Paid Media Strategy & Execution Design and manage performance campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search & Display) Develop targeted strategies for healthcare verticals including dental implants, aligners, RCT, hair transplant, and aesthetic treatments Build scalable acquisition funnels tailored to patient decision journeys Creative Development & Testing Take full ownership of ad creative strategy and execution Produce and test multiple creative variations weekly, including static ads, short-form video content, and compelling ad copy Analyze creative performance to identify winning angles and messaging Continuously iterate on hooks, formats, offers, and CTAs to maximize patient engagement Campaign Optimization Monitor daily performance metrics including CPL, CPC, lead quality, and conversion rates Conduct systematic A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, and funnel elements Implement advanced retargeting and intent-based audience strategies Scale winning campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency Analytics & Reporting Maintain accurate tracking setup using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights Provide data-driven recommendations on what's working, what to pause, and what to test next Compliance & Collaboration Ensure all campaigns adhere to healthcare advertising compliance guidelines Work closely with strategy and content teams to align campaign execution with client objectives Communicate insights clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders Required QualificationsMust Have:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns Proven track record in healthcare media buying (doctors, clinics, dental, aesthetic, or medical services) Demonstrated success generating qualified patient leads and inquiries Strong understanding of healthcare-specific funnels, patient psychology, and creative testing methodologies Experience scaling lead generation campaigns profitablyGood to Have:Local healthcare lead generation experience Knowledge of healthcare compliance and advertising restrictions Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting dashboards Video editing or graphic design skillsWhat We OfferCompensation: ₹3.5–4 LPA with performance-based increments Remote work flexibility with immediate joining High ownership role with genuine decision-making authority Direct exposure to high-value healthcare campaigns Clear growth trajectory to Senior Media Buyer / Growth Lead positions Performance-driven culture that rewards resultsHow to ApplyPlease send the following to :Updated resume Portfolio of campaign screenshots (healthcare campaigns strongly preferred) Performance summary: Best CPL, CPC, and patient inquiry metrics achieved Brief write-up covering:Your healthcare media buying experience Your approach to creative testing and optimization Subject Line: Application –Paid Media Buyer (Healthcare)We're looking for someone who can start immediately.
