RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure online review of environmental monitoring records in batch documents and logbooks. Ensure daily and monthly calibration of balances as per cGMP requirement. Coordinate with dispensing, warehouse, IPQA team to execute batches as per schedule. Perform packing activity as per batch packing record instruction. Cross check dispensed packing materials and semi -finished goods before start of batch processing. Ensure timely online documentation during batch processing (e.g., verifying weights on balances, recording machine parameters, performing in-process tests). Ensure all critical manufacturing process followed correctly (E.g. Forming temperature, sealing temperature as per BMR, machine setting parameters, in process testing) in presence of shift in charge and ensure that critical operations are performed only by trained operators. Ensure completion of training for operators and contract manpower before commencement of work Monitor safety practices and work discipline on shop floor. Supervise packing operations and ensure adherence to the respective SOPs for each area and equipment during batch processing. Ensure real-time completion and reconciliation of batch records. Ensure the shop floor is always maintained in an audit‑ready condition. Verify and send non‑recoverable waste to scrap with correct labelling. Perform online SAP transaction as per requirements. Monitor, supervise and train the contract manpower for desired quality output. Initiate maintenance request for equipment breakdowns and track the closure. Oversee and manage production activities for CVC and blister lines.DESIRED SKILLSExcellent team coordination and workforce management skills.
