JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Engineer Department: Sales & Marketing – Blower Division Location: Delhi NCR / All Over India Experience: 1–2 Years (Blower / HVAC / Industrial Fans / OEM Sales preferred)Salary Range: 25000 to 35000 PM Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) preferred, or Diploma with relevant technical sales experience. Job SummaryResponsible for promoting and selling company’s blowers and ventilation products to OEM customers, developing new business opportunities, and managing the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order. Key Responsibilities• Promote centrifugal blowers, axial fans, wet scrubbers, and ventilation products to OEM clients. • Develop new OEM customers and maintain relationships with existing clients. • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/design team for product selection and costing. • Handle the enquiry-to-order process including enquiry follow-up, quotation preparation, technical discussions, negotiation, and order finalization. • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and site surveys when required. • Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports. • Gather market and competitor information.
