The role is based in Madhyamgram, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering and construction projects. They will manage budgets, ensure timelines are met, coordinate across multiple teams, monitor progress, and ensure that all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards. Communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders will also be a key responsibility. Qualifications Proficiency in Civil Engineering and Construction Management fundamentals Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk assessment Strong skills in Budgeting and cost analysis Experience in handling Infrastructure development projects Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a relevant master's degree is an asset Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
