The role involves providing administrative assistance, coordinating projects, supporting project planning, tracking project progress, and collaborating with teams to ensure timely delivery. The role may also involve handling communication between teams and stakeholders and resolving minor project challenges as they arise.QualificationsProven skills in Project Support and efficient Project CoordinationCoordinate and manage project workflows between different departments including creative, media, content, design, and marketing teams.Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed deadlines.Strong Analytical Skills to solve problems and organize project workflowsExceptional Communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and stakeholdersExperience in Administrative Assistance to support team operations and project documentationProficiency in project management tools and techniques is an advantageOrganizational skills with great attention to detailBachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred
