Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of D365 SCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Supply Chain processes, Dynamics 365 SCM modules, and ERP implementations.The Functional Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and solution architects to ensure successful delivery of end-to-end D365 SCM implementations while aligning business requirements with system capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional LeadershipLead the functional design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.Conduct business requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.Provide functional expertise in SCM modules and supply chain best practices.Translate business requirements into functional design documents (FDD).D365 SCM ImplementationLead end-to-end D365 SCM implementation, upgrades, and rollouts.Configure and implement core SCM modules including:Inventory ManagementProcurement and SourcingWarehouse ManagementProduction ControlMaster PlanningTransportation ManagementEnsure best practices in system configuration and business process alignment.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with business users, supply chain teams, and IT stakeholders.Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and solution demonstrations.Provide guidance and recommendations to improve supply chain operations.Team LeadershipLead and mentor functional consultants and analysts.Provide functional guidance to development teams for customization and integrations.Review and approve solution designs and configurations.Testing & DeploymentSupport System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live activities.Ensure successful data migration, cutover planning, and deployment.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Support post-go-live optimization and system enhancements.Required SkillsDynamics 365 SCM ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience in:Inventory ManagementProcurement & SourcingWarehouse Management (WMS)Production ControlMaster Planning / MRPSupply Chain Process OptimizationERP ImplementationExperience in multiple full-cycle ERP implementationsStrong knowledge of business process design and ERP best practicesExperience with data migration, integrations, and system configurationFunctional ConsultingBusiness requirement analysisFunctional solution designDocumentation (FDD, BRD)Workshop facilitationCollaboration & LeadershipStrong stakeholder managementAbility to lead functional consulting teamsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain certificationKnowledge of data managementExperience in global ERP rollouts
