Title: Senior Manager - FinanceLocation: GurgaonEducation: CA or CA FinalistExperience: Min. 4 Years PQE (in NBFC)About the Role: The Senior Manager- Finance will be a critical member of Client's Finance & Accounts team, anchoring the company's core financial operations across controllership, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings deep NBFC-sector experience and hands-on expertise in statutory audits, tax audits, month-end closing, and financial controllership. This role demands someone who is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of operating in a fast-paced fintech environment.Responsibilities:Manage and lead the statutory audit process from planning to closure; act as the primary liaison between the company and external auditors.Prepare financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements in compliance with Ind AS, RBI guidelines, and NBFC regulations.Drive accurate and timely month-end close processes, ensuring all entries, reconciliations, and reports are completed within stipulated timelines.Oversee income tax audit compliance including preparation of tax audit reports, advance tax calculations, and quarterly/annual tax filings.Ensure TDS compliance across all transactions — timely deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q); manage 26AS/AIS reconciliation.Implement and maintain strong internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance frameworks across all business finance functions.Conduct balance sheet reviews and substantiate all accounts with proper reconciliations; identify and resolve discrepancies proactively.Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports, dashboards, and business finance commentary to senior management and board.Manage GST compliance including monthly filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), annual returns (GSTR-9/9C), reconciliations, and input tax credit management.Coordinate with RBI regulatory reporting requirements applicable to NBFCs, including ALM returns, NPA provisioning, and related disclosures.Support the CFO / VP Finance in audit committee presentations, board-level financial reporting, and investor-facing financial disclosures.Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and lenders for financial documentation, credit facilities, and limit utilizations.Drive process improvements and automation in financial closing and reporting functions using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).Support due diligence requirements for fundraising rounds, regulatory submissions, or M&A activities as required.Requirement: Mandatory Qualifications:Chartered Accountant (CA) — qualified from ICAI.
