Handling patient queries and basic grievances2. ⁠Coordinating follow-ups for diagnostics, pharmacy, and consultations3. ⁠Ensuring patients clearly understand their doctor’s prescription4. ⁠Supporting conversion of prescribed services into in-house revenue (ethically and transparently)5. ⁠This is a frontline patient-facing role requiring strong communication and follow-up discipline.Key Responsibilities1. Act as first contact point for patient concerns2. ⁠Log complaints in grievance tracker3. ⁠Coordinate with billing, nursing, pharmacy, or doctors for resolution4. ⁠Ensure closure within defined TAT5. ⁠Escalate serious issues6. ⁠Review doctor prescriptions daily7. ⁠Call patients to Schedule recommended lab tests, Book follow-up consultations, Confirm medicine, Clarify discharge advice8. ⁠Guide patients about In-house diagnostics, Pharmacy availability, Health packages9. ⁠Collect patient feedback post-visitRequired Qualifications1. Graduate (Healthcare background preferred but not mandatory)2. ⁠1–3 years experience in hospital front desk / patient coordination3. ⁠Good communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)Key Skills1. Polite and empathetic communication2. ⁠Strong follow-up orientation3. ⁠Basic understanding of hospital workflow4. ⁠Comfort working with doctors and operations team
