Expanding beyond treks, we have recently launched HIMTREK Stays, a hospitality segment that manages and operates unique stay properties across scenic destinations.With 10–15 properties already operational and growing, HIMTREK Stays aims to build a network of high-quality mountain stays similar to multi-location hospitality brands like Zostel.We are now looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive who can manage property inquiries, convert leads, and drive bookings for our growing stays segment.Role DescriptionAs a Sales Executive for HIMTREK Stays, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, pitching our properties to potential customers, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality, hotel, property, or travel sales and should be comfortable interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and closing deals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management and Sales Handle incoming inquiries and leads for HIMTREK Stays properties through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.Convert property inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.Provide detailed information about property features, locations, pricing, and experiences. Customer Consultation Understand customer travel needs and recommend the best suitable property or stay package.Build trust with potential customers and guide them through the booking process. Revenue GenerationWork towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.Upsell additional services such as experiences, activities, or extended stays. CRM and Lead Tracking Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or internal systems.Ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers.
