Job Title: Workday Adaptive PlanningLocation: PAN IndiaJob Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Professional to join our client’s team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a global consulting firm on exciting projects, helping the client optimize their financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using Workday Adaptive Insights.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning systems, specifically Adaptive Insights, and experience implementing, configuring, and supporting the platform. You will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that enable improved financial decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Adaptive Planning Insights solutions to meet client-specific business needs.Provide guidance and expertise in Adaptive Insights best practices for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient system configurations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, operations) to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the platform.Analyze and optimize financial data workflows, ensuring data integrity and accuracy within Adaptive Planning.Deliver effective presentations and demonstrate Adaptive Planning features to clients and stakeholders.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adaptive Planning Insights.Provide post-implementation support to ensure continued success and optimization of the system.Required Skills and Qualifications:2+ years of experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning software.Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementation, configuration, and integration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Prior experience working in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.Knowledge of other Workday modules is an added advantage (e.g., Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM).Certifications in Workday Adaptive Insights or similar platforms are highly desirable.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with large-scale system integrations or implementations.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong project management skills, including experience leading teams and managing client expectations.
