Department: Creator Growth & Community Hire Type: Full-Time Reports To: Marketing DirectorAbout the RoleQwikstories is looking for a dynamic and well-connected Creator Meetup Coordinator to build, grow, and energize our creator community. This role is the heartbeat of our in-person and virtual events bringing together influencers, reel makers, videographers, photographers, and all types of content creators under the Qwikstories banner. You will be the face of Qwikstories at every meetup, responsible for sourcing talent, running smooth onboarding experiences, and ensuring creators leave every event inspired and engaged.Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Engagement & OutreachIdentify, research, and reach out to a diverse range of content creators — influencers, reel makers, videographers, photographers, podcasters, and UGC creatorsBuild and manage a growing database of creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)Develop and nurture long-term relationships with creator communities and agenciesRepresent Qwikstories at external creator events, expos, and industry gatheringsMeetup Planning & ExecutionPlan, coordinate, and execute Qwikstories creator meetups — both in-person and virtualManage all event logistics: venue sourcing, scheduling, invitations, RSVPs, run-of-show, and post-event follow-upsDesign engaging event formats — workshops, panels, networking sessions, and creator challengesCollaborate with marketing to promote meetups across social channels and creator networksCreator OnboardingOwn the end-to-end creator onboarding journey — from first contact to active participation on the platformCreate onboarding kits, guides, and welcome materials tailored to different creator typesHost onboarding sessions walking creators through Qwikstories tools, features, and opportunitiesTrack onboarding metrics and continuously improve the processCommunity ManagementManage creator community channels (WhatsApp) and keep engagement highGather post-event feedback from creators and relay insights to the product and growth teamsIdentify top-performing creators for brand partnership or ambassador opportunitiesFacilitate peer connections among creators to foster collaborationWhat We're Looking ForMust-Have2–4 years of experience in community management, creator relations, or event coordinationDeep understanding of the creator economy and content landscape across major platformsStrong communication skills — you connect equally well with a quiet photographer and a high-energy influencerProven experience planning and executing events, physical or virtualHighly organized with the ability to juggle multiple creator pipelines simultaneouslyComfortable with tools like Notion, Airtable, Canva, or Google SuiteNice to HaveExperience at a media company, creator platform, or talent agencyActive social media presence or an existing personal creator networkFamiliarity with creator contracts, usage rights, and brand deal basicsMultilingual or culturally diverse background — a big plus for regional meetupsWhat Qwikstories OffersA fast-moving, creative-first environment where your ideas actually shipAccess to a vibrant and growing community of content creatorsCompetitive salary + performance bonuses tied to creator growth milestonesBudget to attend creator events, conferences, and industry gatheringsFlexible work setup with full ownership over your events calendarThe chance to shape the creator community strategy from the ground up
