Our focus is on helping businesses reduce energy costs while meeting their sustainability goals with ease.Role OverviewA full-cycle field sales role. You will identify and approach C&I prospects, build relationships with plant heads and business owners, develop proposals, and close deals independently.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and approach C&I prospects Build a structured prospect database covering target industrial clustersDevelop channel relationshipsConduct regular cold visits to industrial estates and follow up systematically on all pipeline leadsSales Execution & Deal ClosingConduct site visits, assess rooftop feasibility, and gather load data required for proposal preparationWork with the internal team to prepare techno-commercial proposals, ROI analysis, and savings projections tailored to each prospectPresent proposals, address technical and commercial objections confidentlyNegotiate commercial terms and drive closureManage the complete sales cycle from cold approach to signed EPC agreement with minimal escalation to managementClient Relationship ManagementMaintain regular communication with prospects at all stages of the pipelineCoordinate with the project execution team during handoff post-contract signing to ensure smooth onboardingLeverage completed projects as references and case studies for new prospect outreachReporting & Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate and updated pipeline records in CRMSubmit weekly pipeline reports covering new prospects added, meetings completed, proposals submitted, and deals in closing stageProvide ground-level market intelligence competitor activity, pricing trends, customer objections — to management on a regular basisRequired Qualifications2–5 years of field sales experience in solar, electrical, construction, or industrial B2B productsDemonstrated track record of independently closing B2B deals — not just lead generationFamiliarity with C&I solar systems — basic understanding of SolarExisting relationships in industrial clusters across are a strong advantageKey AttributesSelf-starter with a hunter mentality comfortable initiating cold conversations with plant heads and business ownersStrong commercial negotiation skills and ability to handle objections on pricing, payback period, and grid reliabilityDisciplined pipeline management — tracks every lead, follows up consistently, updates CRM without being remindedFluent in Hindi; working proficiency in English for proposals and emails
