Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Care Executive. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves clear communication with customers, assisting with product or service inquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The Customer Care Executive serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive customer experience. QualificationsProficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer ServiceStrong Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team membersBasic understanding of Sales principles with the ability to identify upselling opportunitiesProblem-solving skills and a customer-first attitudePrior experience in a customer-centric role is an advantageAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
