Ltd. is looking for talented Senior Structural Engineering professionals with 4-6 years of experience to join our growing team. Strong leadership and mentoring capability for the design team is mandatoryRequired QualificationsB.Tech in Civil Engineering and M.Tech in Structural Engineering (mandatory)Strong experience in RCC design/Structural SteelExperience in high-rise building design is preferableProficiency in STAAD and/or ETABS for structural analysis and designKey ResponsibilitiesLead the design team and detailing teamPerform detailed structural design based on basic drawings and specificationsDerive steel member sizes and prepare design calculationsExecute the design of steel and RCC structures as per relevant codes and standardsPrepare structural reports, calculations, and documentation for approvalCoordinate effectively with clients and consultants for design approvals and technical clarificationsSkills & CompetenciesGood communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
