About PacificPacific Engineered Surfaces is one of India's premium engineered quartz and granite manufacturers, using Italian Breton technology and Chromia digital printing — the same platform used by global leaders like Caesarstone and Silestone. With 500+ completed US projects and an established US distribution network through Surfaces by Pacific, we are now scaling our US sales team to drive the next phase of growth in the $3B+ American quartz market.The OpportunityThis is a high-ownership, high-travel role: you will be based in India but spend roughly half your year in the US — 9 to 10 trips annually, 2–3 weeks each. You will build and own real US dealer and fabricator relationships on the ground, then manage pipeline remotely from India between trips. Direct access to the MD, fast decisions, and a clear path to leading Pacific's entire Americas business.What You'll Do• Own and grow a US territory (e.g., East Coast or South/West) — revenue accountability from day one• Build and deepen relationships with stone yards, kitchen & bath dealers, tile distributors, and fabricators• Travel to the US 9–10 times/year (~20–25 weeks annually): trade shows (Surfaces LV, KBIS), dealervisits, project closures• Conduct product presentations and design sessions with architects and interior designers• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp outreach between travel trips• Coordinate with India HQ on samples, pricing, logistics, and custom slab programs• Maintain CRM pipeline; provide weekly sales updates and monthly forecasts to MD• Work toward Year 1 target: $750K–$1.5M in territory revenueWhat We are Looking For• 4–8 years of B2B sales experience — building materials, tiles, surfaces, sanitary ware, or interiorproducts strongly preferred• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a product/field sales role• MBA or Bachelor in Business / Marketing preferred; equivalent experience accepted• Prior US work or travel experience a strong advantage — understanding of American buyer behavior• Excellent English communication — written, verbal, and presentation• Self-driven; comfortable managing a territory independently with minimal hand-holding• Valid US visa (B1/B2, H1B, OCI, or equivalent) — non-negotiable• Willingness and ability to travel internationally 9–10 times/year (~20–25 weeks in the US) — this is a high-travel role• Base Location India (Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Delhi preferred)Compensation & Benefits• Performance incentive: Additional to CTC based on US revenue Sales targets achieved• All US travel fully covered: flights (business/premium economy for long-haul), accommodation, per diem — no out-of-pocket expenses• Product samples, marketing collateral, and digital tools provided• Fast career path: top performers move to National Sales Head – Americas within 2–3 yearsIf interested, please share your resume to
