Role Type: Permanent / Full TimeJob Descriptions:We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic AI & Data Science team. You will work on building and operationalizing machine learning and AI models that power next-generation solutions in risk analytics, financial crime detection, model governance, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, domain experts, and product teams to design scalable, production-ready AI systems. Responsibilities:Model Development & Research: Design, develop, and validate ML/AI models for use cases such as anomaly detection, fraud detection, risk scoring, and predictive analytics.Research and prototype new algorithms to improve performance, robustness, and explainability. ProductionizationLead model deployment, monitoring, and scaling on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Integrate models into application pipelines and data workflows. Data & Feature Engineering Work with large, complex datasets; perform cleaning, transformation, feature extraction, and feature selection.Collaborate with data engineering to optimize data pipelines. Model Lifecycle & GovernanceSupport model versioning, testing, validation, and documentation to meet internal and regulatory standards.Implement monitoring for model drift, performance degradation, and bias detection.Collaboration & CommunicationPartner with domain experts in financial risk, AML, compliance, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.Present insights, findings, and technical recommendations to cross-functional teams. Required Skills:Strong 3–6 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or relevant data science roles. Strong command of Python and ML/AI libraries (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proven experience in building and deploying ML models in production. Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes. Working knowledge of data processing frameworks (e.g., SQL, Spark). AI/ML Expertise Solid understanding of statistical learning, supervised/unsupervised learning, and deep learning. Experience with model interpretability and explainability frameworks.
