It is a two-floor flagship — ground floor for gold and Jadau, first floor for high-value appointments and private viewings. The experience is scripted to a detail level most luxury retailers in India have never attempted: bespoke in-store scent, Aava water on arrival, piece-by-piece narration, handwritten notes at checkout, first-visit token gifts, live calligraphy for gifting moments, a post-visit WhatsApp within 24 hours from the SA personally. The Manager is the person who makes sure all of it actually happens — every shift, every client.The RoleYou will manage a team of 6 Sales Associates and 2 Staff Members across a staggered 12-hour operating day (10 AM–10 PM). You will be one of 2 Sales Managers — one day, one evening rotation. You own the floor, the team, and the experience standard. Revenue accountability comes with it.What You Will DoOpen and close the store to SOP — display cases, scent activation, AV system, vault protocol, team briefingLead the Sales Associate team: daily assignments, zone coverage, client handoffs between ground and first floorManage the first-floor VIP appointment flow — client preparation, piece pre-staging, SA briefing, post-visit CRM logging on Handle escalations: difficult conversations, out-of-stock situations, client dissatisfaction — you are the first line, not a escalation pointEnforce the experience standard across every touchpoint: water greeting, piece presentation on tray (never through glass), packaging theatre sequence, handwritten card, farewell by nameTrack daily performance — pieces shown, conversion, time-in-store, client origin — and log accurately in CRMManage and develop the SA team: product knowledge, storytelling depth, client-reading ability, CRM disciplineRepresent the store at private viewings, bridal appointments, and any high-value client eventWhat We Are Looking ForExperience leading a floor team in luxury retail — jewellery, watches, fine goods, or high-end hospitality. You have managed people and held them to a standard.Comfort with the full client conversation: from the water greeting to the piece narration to the price, without hesitation at any stageGenuine knowledge of Jadau, Kundan, coloured stones, and gold — or the credibility and hunger to build it fastCRM literacy — you log thoroughly because you understand that every note is a future sale. Experience with structured clienteling is a strong advantage.The instinct to read a client: who is the decision-maker, when to give space, when to escalate to the first floor, when silence is better than narrationYou do not distinguish between a client who buys and a client who doesn't.
