Position - Senior Associate / Manager -Workday System Transformation Work location - Gurgaon, Kolkata, BangalorePreferred Knowledge/Skills:• Experience / Exposure to System Transformation (Pre / Post Implementation) Projects for Audit / Non-Audit clients• Must have knowledge of Workday Financials, Supply Chain, and/or HCM functional areas• Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) controls• Experience in performing the walkthrough directly with the client for business and IT processes.• Experience in testing IT Applications/ Automated controls (ITAC) around Business Process such as OTC (Order to Cash), PTP(Procure to Pay), RTR (Record to Report) etc.• Experience in reviewing and testing the key reports ensuring the risks (completeness & accuracy) related to IPE's (Information Produced by Entity) are addressed• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with US-based teams and clients• Thrive in a dynamic consulting environment, with a desire to grow within this setting• Managing client engagements and internal projects, including budgets, risks, and quality assurance• Preparing reports and deliverables for clients and other stakeholders• Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships• Identifying and pursuing business opportunities, supporting line management in proposal development, and managing, coaching, and supporting team members• Supporting Engagement Managers with engagement scoping and planning activities• Coaching team members in task completion• Collaborating effectively with local and regional teams and clients• Supporting Engagement Managers in drafting client deliverables for review by EngagementLeaders• Managing project economics for engagement teams• Conducting basic review activities and providing coaching to junior team membersGood to Have:• Pre-implementation assessment experience, specifically assessing application security andcontrols• SOX audit and controls experience• Stay updated on emerging technologies and latest development in Workday and SystemTransformation fieldWarm RegardsSujata Singh
