BASELINE ensures that its designs are not only innovative but also effectively executed through meticulous site supervision and coordination.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an Assistant Architect with 3–5 years of experience who can handle architectural and interior working drawings and take ownership of project documentation and coordination.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating design into precise execution drawings and coordinating with site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural and interior working drawingsDevelop detailed interior drawings (furniture, ceiling, electrical, joinery)Coordinate drawings with site teams, consultants, and vendorsAssist in design development and detailingPrepare BOQs and material specificationsEnsure drawings are site-ready and execution-friendlyRequired SkillsStrong command of AutoCADExperience with SketchUp / RevitAbility to prepare complete drawing setsGood understanding of interior detailingFamiliarity with site coordinationPreferred ExperienceCandidates with experience inCommercial interiorsSmall to mid-scale architectural projects
