Our platforms help specialty pharma use AI and digital techniques to better micro-target physicians and execute campaigns.Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Google Business Profile Activation & Growth Specialist ( AI Healthcare - SEO ) to manage and scale digital presence for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Business Profile creation, verification, and optimization, along with exposure to AI-driven SEO strategies and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).This role requires someone who can confidently handle clients, manage multiple profiles, guide them through verification processes, and leverage AI tools to enhance local search visibility. Candidates with Pharma and Healthcare industry experience will be highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Create, manage, and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP / GMB) for multiple clients across locations.Handle profile creation, live activation, verification, reinstatement, and troubleshooting of suspended profiles.Coordinate with clients to collect documents and complete verification processes successfully.Convince and educate clients on the importance of Google Business Profiles for local visibility and patient/customer acquisition.Implement AI-driven SEO strategies to improve local search rankings and visibility.Work on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure businesses appear in AI-powered search and recommendation systems.Optimize profiles using AI-powered insights, keyword optimization, content updates, and local engagement strategies.Monitor profile performance including reviews, queries, visibility metrics, and search insights.Handle client communication, updates, and reporting regarding profile performance and improvements.Coordinate with internal teams and support basic team handling and task allocation when required.Stay updated with Google Business Profile policies, AI SEO trends, and local search algorithm changes.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–3 years of experience in Google Business Profile / Google My Business management.Strong knowledge of profile creation, live activation, verification, and suspension handling.Hands-on understanding of Local SEO and AI-powered SEO tools.Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search visibility concepts.Excellent client communication, convincing, and relationship management skills.Experience in handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with Pharma or Healthcare clients.Exposure to AI tools for SEO, automation, and content optimization.Understanding of review management and local reputation management.Key Traits We Value:Strong AI-first mindset and curiosity to explore AI-driven marketingExcellent client handling and communication skillsOwnership and accountabilityQuick learner with a proactive approachAbility to stay connected to ground-level execution while adopting advanced AI toolsIf you are passionate about Google Business Profile management, AI-driven SEO, and improving digital visibility for healthcare businesses, we would love to hear from you.
