The role focuses on building relationships with senior decision-makers.ResponsibilitiesLead GenerationIdentify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing services.Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.Use professional platforms such as LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and HR leaders.Client AcquisitionApproach potential clients and present recruitment and staffing services.Understand client hiring requirements and workforce needs.Prepare proposals, service agreements, and pricing models.Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.Domestic Business DevelopmentAcquire and manage clients across India.Develop strong relationships with HR managers and decision-makers.Identify hiring trends and opportunities in different industries.International Business DevelopmentIdentify international clients looking for offshore recruitment services.Build partnerships with companies in regions such as US, UK, Middle East, and Europe.Promote recruitment solutions including permanent hiring, contract staffing, and RPO services.Client Relationship ManagementMaintain long-term relationships with existing clients.Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.CRM & ReportingMaintain lead and client information in CRM tools such as:SalesforceZoho CRMTrack sales pipeline, client meetings, and revenue reports.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related fieldMBA (Marketing / HR) preferredRequired SkillsStrong business development and sales skillsKnowledge of recruitment and staffing industryExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsLead generation and prospecting skillsTarget-oriented and self-motivatedUnderstanding of Leadership hiringAbility to engage with senior leadership and C-level executivesExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsPreferred SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in recruitment sales or staffing business developmentExperience working with domestic or international clients preferred
