Presentation Design – Senior DesignerOmnicom Global Solutions, IndiaWe have an exciting role of Presentation Design – Senior Designer to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.This is an exciting role and would entail you toDesign and develop high-end PowerPoint presentations with a strong focus on pitches, storytelling, and visual clarity.Translate complex content, data, and strategies into clear, engaging, and persuasive visuals.Manage the full presentation design process end-to-end, from visual concept and narrative structure to final delivery, feedback loops, and deadlines.Collaborate closely with pitch leads, strategists, and cross-functional teams as a key design partner.Create and maintain presentation templates, masters, and layout systems in line with corporate and client brand guidelines.Design custom visuals such as icons, infographics, charts, image compositions, and retouched photography to support presentation narratives.Bring presentations to life through thoughtful animations and transitions; basic to advanced motion design skills are highly valued.Contribute to pitch branding and, where needed, related visual assets across digital and physical touchpoints.Support and inspire the team through experience, quality mindset, and structured way of working.Participation in team huddles, team wide initiatives, activities. Influence clients with the strong customer service.You will be working closely withOur global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high quality services.Mandatory skills:Have more than five years of professional experience in presentation design, branding, or graphic design, ideally with a strong pitch or agency background.Are highly proficient in MS PowerPoint, including master creation, complex layouts, animations, and presentation logic.Have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a strong plus).Possess a refined visual sense for composition, color, typography, and imagery, and you design with purpose and audience in mind.Understand storytelling, dramaturgy, and how to guide an audience through a visual narrative.Work independently, stay calm under pressure, prioritize effectively, and deliver high quality under tight deadlines.Are a team player with excellent communication skills and very good to fluent English.Have an interest in innovation and new tools, ideally with initial experience or curiosity around AI-based content creation (e.g. text-to-image, motion, voice) within a presentation or video context.Experience in motion design, animation, or video is highly appreciated.This may be the right role for you if you have5-7 years’ experience in Presentation and Documentation Service.Solid graphic design skills and good attention to detail.Determine project scope includes effective brief talking, negotiating deadlines, and creating and communicating timescales, define time estimates for complex projects.Confident and enthusiastic team player, flexible can-do attitude and adaptableExcellent customer service approach: Provide the best solutions, effective communication and build strong rapport with the team and client.High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethicsWhy Join Us?At Omnicom Global Solutions India, work is more than a job—it is a space to grow, thrive, and feel celebrated.
