Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives Lead the HR team and oversee all HR functions at the site Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs Partner with site leadership to support organizational development and change management Oversee talent acquisition onboarding and retention strategies Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities Collaborate with corporate HR to ensure consistency and alignment with company policies Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees and managers Behavioral Skills Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle complex HR issues with empathy and professionalism Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and confidentiality Technical Skills Deep understanding of HR practices policies and procedures specific to the Power Energy industry Experience in labor law compliance and employee relations Knowledge of talent acquisition performance management and organizational development Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software Non-Negotiable Skills Expertise in HR practices policies and procedures Leadership in driving HR initiatives Strategic alignment of HR strategies with business goals Qualifications Education Qualification Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or related field Master s degree in HRM or MBA in HR is preferred Experience 20-25 years of experience in and 5-10 years in the Power Energy industry Expertise in handling the site team of HR - IR ER Admin and medical team Demonstrated expertise in HR practices policies and procedures Proven track record of leading HR initiatives and driving organizational success Certification required Professional HR certification e g SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP HRMP is a plus
