We are looking for a Creative Head / Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative direction for our client brands and help us deliver impactful digital campaigns.This role is ideal for someone who is both a creator and a leader — someone who can design high-quality creatives, edit engaging videos, and guide a team of designers to maintain strong creative standards.What You'll Do • Lead the creative strategy and visual direction for multiple client accounts• Design high-quality social media creatives, ads, and marketing assets• Work on short-form video edits and reels for digital campaigns• Guide and mentor graphic designers and video editors to improve output quality• Ensure creatives are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals• Stay updated with latest social media design trends and reel formats• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to bring campaign ideas to lifeSkills We’re Looking For • Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva• Experience in video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / VN)• Understanding of social media content formats and trends• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns• Leadership skills to guide and review the work of other designersPreferred Experience • 3–6 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles• Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and video work Why Join Us • Work on multiple brands across different industries• Opportunity to lead the creative direction of campaigns• Collaborative and fast-growing agency environment
