Job Description

We have been retained by a leading enterprise-level mobile strategy software service provider to hire a M365 Solution Specialist to be based in Bengaluru, Noida, Gurgaon & Mumbai. The role requires 80% WFO.This role focuses on driving digital transformation for enterprise customers by leveraging Microsoft's modern management and collaboration stack. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a deep understanding of endpoint management, content collaboration, and team communication, capable of acting as a trusted advisor to our most strategic customers.Key Responsibilities:- Technical Consultancy & Architecture: Serve as the primary technical advisor for Microsoft Intune, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. Translate customer business objectives into technical architectures, designing end-to-end solutions for modern desktop management, secure content collaboration, and hybrid work enablement.- Solution Deployment & Optimization: Lead the implementation and optimization of customer environments. This includes designing compliance frameworks in Intune, planning information architecture in SharePoint, and optimizing the collaboration experience in Teams to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure maximum ROI.- Knowledge Transfer & Enablement: Conduct technical workshops, hackathons, and deep-dive sessions for customers and partners. Create technical documentation and best practice guides to elevate the technical capabilities of the ecosystem.Technical Requirements:- Core Skills (Weighted): Advanced expertise in Microsoft Intune (56%), including device compliance policies, Conditional Access integration, and application management (MAM/MDM); Proficiency in SharePoint Online (28%), covering information architecture, governance, permission models, and search optimization; Practical experience with Microsoft Teams (16%), including voice/meeting policies, app integration, and performance troubleshooting.- Adjacent Technical Stack: Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for identity and access management; Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow automation and extensibility; Knowledge of security frameworks such as Microsoft Purview (Compliance, DLP) and Zero Trust principles.- Soft Skills & Certifications: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences; Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert are highly desirable.
