Role Overview:We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our monthly & quarterly content calendar, manage 360° campaigns, and drive performance across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook). The role requires strong coordination, analytical skills, and familiarity with mutual fund communication and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Manage monthly/quarterly social media calendars aligned with product and IAP priorities.Plan and execute 360° campaigns—including concept, coordination, execution & reporting.Work closely with product, content, design, compliance, and external agencies.Review creatives/copies for brand and regulatory guidelines.Track daily posting schedules and maintain platform-wise reports.Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly dashboards on reach, engagement, followers, clicks, and video metrics.Monitor competitor activity and suggest new content ideas/formats (reels, carousels, videos, etc.).Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all communication.Stay updated on MF regulations, platform trends, and content best practices.Required Skills & Experience:5–6 years of managing brand social media, ideally in mutual funds/AMCs/fintech/investment domains.Strong MF understanding—fund categories, SIPs, risk/return, etc.Experience briefing/managing agencies and adapting content for multiple formats.Strong reporting & analytics skills across major platforms and tools.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & timelines.Good sense of copy, visual communication & content hooks.Preferred:Experience in a mutual fund company.Exposure to IAPs, investor education, and product campaigns.Degree in Finance/Marketing/Economics/Commerce or MBA/PGDM.
