Job Title: Millwork Designer / Modeler / Draftsman Location: Chennai/ Ahmedabad/ WFH Experience: 2–6 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking a skilled Millwork Designer / Modeler / Draftsman with hands-on experience in 3D millwork modelling and detailed shop drawings for custom cabinetry, casework, and architectural woodwork projects. The role requires close coordination with design, production, and installation teams to deliver fabrication-ready drawings. Key Responsibilities Create 3D millwork models for cabinets, wardrobes, wall panels, and custom furniture Prepare 2D shop drawings (plans, elevations, sections, and details) Develop fabrication and CNC-ready drawings Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and manufacturing teams Incorporate site conditions, hardware, and material specifications Revise drawings based on client, site, and production feedback Required Skills Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) Experience in millwork modelling and drafting Solid understanding of joinery, materials, and furniture hardware Ability to interpret interior and architectural drawings Knowledge of manufacturing and site execution processes Preferred / Good to Have Experience with SketchUp / SolidWorks / Microvellum / Revit Hands-on exposure to CNC workflows and BOMs Experience working on US / international millwork projects Educational Background Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or related field What We Offer Work on high-end custom millwork projects Exposure to international standards and workflows Career growth and learning opportunities
