Dynamic candidates are encouraged to apply for the following roles at our Baramati plant.Position:-‘Branding Manager’ Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a branding strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives, market trends, and customer needs.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and oversee marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital and non-digital) to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.Product Launches: Coordinate product launches and rebranding initiatives, including developing launch plans, creating promotional materials.Digital & Social Media Strategy: Oversee the digital marketing and social media presence for the brand. Work with content creators and designers to produce engaging content that builds brand loyalty and attracts new customers.Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure brand alignment and incorporate customer feedback into the branding process.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing / Business / Animal Science / Agricultural Business or a related field.
