Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and efficient resolutions. Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions. Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products. Assist clients in selecting suitable banking services to meet their financial needs. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for banking products and services. Customer Support: Provide clients with comprehensive information about banking policies, procedures, and financial products. Handle customer complaints or concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to compliance, risk, and service quality standards. Account Management: Process and manage client account openings, closures, and updates in compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations. Assist with documentation and verification processes for financial transactions. Monitor client accounts and provide periodic updates to clients about their banking activities. Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and service requests in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to supervisors on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Work closely with internal teams, including branch staff and product specialists, to enhance the customer experience.
