About Infinitee Solar At Infinitee Solar we are a leader in delivering utility-scale commercial and or residential solar PV projects driving the transition to clean energy We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Solar Project Manager to oversee the planning execution and closing of complex solar installation projects ensuring they are delivered safely on time and within budget Position Overview The Solar Project Manager is the central leader responsible for the entire project lifecycle from contract award through commissioning and closeout You will manage cross-functional teams engineering procurement construction liaise with clients and subcontractors and be accountable for all project performance metrics Success in this role requires deep technical understanding of solar PV and mastery of project management principles Key Responsibilities 1 Project Planning and Initiation Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation budget forecasts and comprehensive risk management strategies Secure necessary internal and external resources including permitting financing and initial supplier contracts 2 Execution and Control Lead and coordinate all project phases engineering procurement construction and commissioning Monitor project progress against the schedule and budget utilizing established KPIs and project management software Manage client expectations and communications serving as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution Oversee site safety and quality control ensuring strict adherence to all technical specifications electrical codes and OSHA standards 3 Financial and Procurement Management Track and report on all project financial aspects including change orders invoicing and subcontractor payments to maintain profitability Coordinate the procurement of major equipment panels inverters racking and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery to the site 4 Project Closeout and Handoff Manage the final inspection commissioning and system performance testing Ensure all closeout documentation warranties and as-built drawings are complete and transferred to the client and operations team Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Construction Management Project Management or a related field 2-3 years of experience managing large-scale utility commercial or residential solar PV projects Project Management Professional PMP certification or equivalent highly preferred Proven knowledge of solar PV system design NEC codes and standard construction practices Expert proficiency with project management software e g Primavera P6 Microsoft Project and financial tracking tools Job Type Full-time Pay - per month Work Location In person
