Job Title Accounts Manager Location Playgro Toys India Pvt Ltd 133A VUL Narwar Ujjain Next to Rich Foods Google Maps https maps app goo gl kz6LsqsH5THqnQxe8g st com google maps preview copy Work Schedule 6 Days a Week Work from Office Experience Required 3 - 5 Years For company info Company Weblink https lnkd in d8QuRzvC LinkedIn Profile https lnkd in dfHWBkh6 Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Bookkeeping Record daily financial transactions in accounting software Tally SAP ERP system Prepare and maintain ledgers journal entries and reconciliation statements Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Support accounts payable and receivable functions billing vendor payments collections Maintain accurate records of petty cash and bank transactions 2 Inventory Costing Coordinate with the stores and production departments for inventory verification Record raw material WIP work-in-progress and finished goods movement Support costing of products including raw material labor and overhead allocation Assist in physical stock verification and reconciliation 3 Taxation Compliance Assist in GST computation and return filing GSTR-1 3B etc Help in TDS deduction challan payments and quarterly return preparation Maintain compliance-related documentation for statutory audits and inspections 4 Banking Reconciliation Handle bank payments deposits and reconciliations Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely supplier payments Support in managing LC Letter of Credit or bank guarantee documentation if applicable 5 Audit Reporting Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with internal and external auditors Support management with accurate and timely MIS Management Information System reports Maintain organized records and supporting documents for all financial activities Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles Tally ERP or SAP experience preferred Understanding of manufacturing accounting inventory costing and production cycles Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment Good communication and analytical skills Education Experience Bachelor s Degree in Commerce Accounting Finance B Com M Com 3 years of experience in accounting preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector Knowledge of GST TDS and basic statutory compliance is desirable Job Type Full-time Pay - per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
