Title: Mobilizer – Community Outreach & CandidateMobilization Location:  Berhampur, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Balasore and Baripada. Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Skill Development / Community Outreach / Training & MobilizationSummary: We are looking for an energetic and community-driven Mobilizer responsible for connecting with local communities and identifying potential candidates for various training programs. This role involves conducting outreach activities, building strong local networks, and promoting skill development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing and networking skills, both online and offline, and the ability to build relationships within the community. The position requires regular field work including door-to-door mobilisation, organizing events, and maintaining accurate records of candidates data and activities.Responsibilities: • Attend community events such as festivals, parades, sporting events, and other gatherings to connect with potential candidates • Build and maintain relationships with local communities to develop a strong candidate network • Remain active on social media platforms and utilize creative sourcing methods to reach potential candidates • Lead and organize local job fairs, industry job fairs, and career events at schools, colleges, and universities • Source qualified candidates through databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, job fairs, and employee referrals • Conduct door-to-door mobilisation on a daily basis to identify and engage potential beneficiaries • Collect data of target beneficiaries from the community and prepare soft copies of the collected information • Form batches for different training programs based on candidate interest and eligibility • Conduct home visits of trainees whenever required • Organize community events such as rallies, certificate ceremonies, and career melas • Carry out community mobilisation activities through stalls, announcements, community drives, influencer meetings, and park/community interactions • Conduct surveys to gather information and assess community needs • Maintain daily reporting of mobilisation activities and candidate dataRequirements • Graduates or Postgraduates in any stream • 1–3 years of relevant experience in community mobilisation, outreach, or marketing • Strong marketing and communication skills • Ability to network effectively both online and offline • Strong relationship-building skills within communities and organizationsWork Details: • Work Mode: Field-based role • Activities include community outreach, events, surveys, and mobilisation drivesBenefits • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (as per industry standards) • Incentives based on performance·Other Job Details: ·Location: As per project location / Field based ·Age: 21 – 35 years (preferred) ·Gender: Male / Female both can apply ·Eligibility: Candidates with community outreach / mobilisation experience preferred ·Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream ·Shift: Day Shift / Field work ·Payroll: Company payroll ·Graduating Year: Any pass-out year ·Communication: Basic communication skills (English & local language preferred) ·Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives ·Relocation: Not available / Local candidates preferred If
