Job Description

Key Responsibilities Inventory Material Management Receive inspect and record incoming materials and equipment Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure materials are stored properly Issue materials as per project requirements and update stock registers Documentation Reporting Keep detailed records of stock movements receipts and dispatches Prepare daily weekly inventory reports and submit to the project manager Ensure compliance with company policies regarding stock management Coordination Site Operations Coordinate with site engineers procurement teams and vendors for timely material availability Monitor material usage and alert management of shortages or discrepancies Ensure proper labelling handling and storage of electrical materials to avoid damage Compliance Safety Follow safety and storage protocols for electrical components Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections Prevent wastage and pilferage through effective stock control measures Required Qualifications Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a storekeeper preferably in the electrical contracting or construction industry Education Diploma Graduate in any discipline certification in inventory management is a plus Technical Skills Basic knowledge of electrical materials and components is preferred Software Skills Experience with MS Office Key Skills Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and handle site requirements efficiently Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay - per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Do you know to crate GRN Material Challan and other Store documentations Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
