We are seeking a skilled PHP CodeIgniter Developer to join our development team The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PHP development and the CodeIgniter framework along with a solid understanding of front-end technologies This role involves developing and maintaining web applications collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions Key Responsibilities Web Application Development Develop test and maintain web applications using PHP and the CodeIgniter framework Write clean well-documented and efficient code Database Management Design and manage MySQL databases Optimize database performance and write complex SQL queries Front-End Integration Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic Ensure the technical feasibility of UI UX designs API Development and Integration Develop and integrate RESTful APIs Work with third-party APIs and services Code Review and Optimization Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other developers Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues Collaboration and Communication Work closely with product managers designers and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and discussions Maintenance and Support Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing applications Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise Best Practices and Standards Adhere to coding standards and best practices Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a focus on the CodeIgniter framework Strong knowledge of PHP MySQL HTML CSS JavaScript and jQuery Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap Proficiency in using version control systems particularly Git Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with other PHP frameworks like Laravel Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Knowledge of cloud services and deployment e g AWS Azure Understanding of web security best practices Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay - per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience PHP 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred software development 1 year Preferred License Certification PHP Preferred Work Location In person
