Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and practical instruction in electrical theory and applications to community college students Develop lesson plans instructional materials and assessment tools based on curriculum requirements Conduct hands-on training sessions covering wiring circuit analysis safety procedures and electrical tools Evaluate student progress through assignments practical assessments and exams Ensure a safe inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students Collaborate with program staff to align instruction with employability skills and industry standards Maintain accurate student attendance and performance records Provide mentorship and career guidance to students Participate in training staff meetings and community outreach initiatives Help maintain equipment and workshop areas in good working condition Qualifications and Experience Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering Electrical Technology or a related field Certification as a vocational trainer or instructor is preferred Minimum 5-15 years of industry experience in electrical work or instruction Experience teaching or training in a technical or vocational setting is highly desirable Strong knowledge of electrical systems safety regulations and troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with TVET Technical and Vocational Education and Training frameworks is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay - per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
