Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize office files documents and records Perform data entry typing photocopying and scanning of documents Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence emails and phone calls Assist in preparing reports letters and official communications Support accounting or HR departments in basic record maintenance Manage courier dispatch stationary stock and office supplies Maintain accurate filing systems both physical and digital Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments Help in daily office operations and provide general support to senior staff Job Type Full-time Pay - per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person Speak with the employer
