Responsibilities Responsible for overall operation and performance of the power plant during the assigned shift Ensure safe reliable and efficient operation of boilers turbines generators and auxiliaries Monitor DCS parameters equipment performance and ensure smooth load management Coordinate with electrical mechanical and instrumentation departments for maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain optimum efficiency by controlling parameters such as temperature pressure and flow as per SOPs Handle emergency situations plant tripping and ensure quick restoration Prepare and maintain shift logs reports and daily generation summaries Supervise and guide operators field assistants and technicians on shift Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations Coordinate with CHP water treatment and utility sections for continuous plant operation Participate in shutdown startup activities as per approved procedures Suggest and implement process improvements for reliability and efficiency Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay - per month Work Location In person
