ob Title Senior Executive - StoresDepartment Stores PurchaseReports To Manager - Stores Plant HeadLocation Anjar Kutch Ajapar Job Purpose To oversee and manage the entire stores function including inventory control material handling and procurement of engineering items Ensure availability of raw materials consumables and engineering spares required for uninterrupted production of corrugated boxes Key Responsibilities 1 Store Management Manage overall operations of the stores including inward storage issue and record maintenance of all items Ensure proper stock rotation FIFO FEFO and maintain minimum maximum stock levels Conduct regular stock verification audits and reconciliation with SAP ERP system Maintain hygiene safety and systematic arrangement of materials 2 Inventory Control Monitor and control inventory to avoid overstocking and stockouts Maintain accurate records of receipts issues and balance stock Generate daily weekly monthly MIS reports for management review 3 Procurement Engineering Focus Responsible for sourcing and purchasing engineering items spare parts tools and consumables required for plant maintenance and production Identify reliable vendors negotiate prices and ensure timely procurement of materials Build strong vendor relationships for continuous supply of quality engineering items at competitive rates Coordinate with the Engineering Maintenance department to forecast and fulfill requirements Evaluate vendor performance based on quality cost and delivery timelines 4 Coordination Compliance Work closely with Production Maintenance and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operations Ensure compliance with company policies statutory requirements and ISO 5S standards Support CAPEX and OPEX-related purchases for plant engineering Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of engineering items spare parts MRO materials and industrial consumables Proficiency in SAP ERP MS Office Good negotiation vendor management and communication skills Knowledge of inventory management techniques ABC Analysis EOQ FIFO Leadership ability to guide store team members Qualifications Experience Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain 5-7 years of experience in stores and purchase function preferably in the corrugated box packaging manufacturing industry Hands-on experience in purchasing engineering spares and consumables Designation Grade Senior Executive - StoresCTC As per industry standards Job Type Full-time Pay - per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
