Job Title: Wagon Supervisor Location: Austria Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Industry: Railways / Transportation / Logistics Job Summary We are seeking motivated and technically skilled Wagon Supervisors to join our teams in Austria. This role ensures the safety, operational readiness, and proper documentation of freight and passenger wagons through inspections, testing, and maintenance support. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections of wagons to identify safety and technical issues Perform brake tests and ensure proper functioning of wagons Document treatments, repairs, and detected defects accurately Label damaged wagons and prepare technical reports Handle coupling/uncoupling tasks and perform minor repairs Operate preheating systems for wagons Communicate effectively with customers, train crews, and internal teams Support and guide junior staff when needed Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards Salary: Approx INR LPA Requirements Completed technical apprenticeship Technical school or vocational training preferred Below 44 years Good physical and psychological fitness (EU standards) Willingness for irregular shift work Basic MS Office skills Annual training & knowledge checks Railway vehicle service examination Benefits Paid 32-week training Full Austrian social security & pension Uniform, tools, allowances Travel benefits Long-term stable career Full reimbursement (100%) of migration-related costs , including  visa, flight tickets , and  German language training expenses , after successful completion of the probation period
