Position Summary The Academic Assistant supports the academic team faculty and administration in ensuring smooth execution of teaching learning and administrative processes This role involves assisting in academic coordination maintaining student records supporting faculty and ensuring efficient communication between students teachers and management Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of lesson plans teaching materials and academic reports Support faculty in classroom management and student engagement activities Maintain accurate student records including attendance grades and performance reports Coordinate scheduling of classes examinations and academic events Provide administrative support such as filing documentation and data entry Assist in organizing workshops seminars and extracurricular activities Serve as a point of contact between students parents and the academic office Support the examination and assessment process question papers answer scripts evaluation support Help in monitoring student progress and preparing summary reports for faculty Ensure compliance with academic policies and institutional guidelines Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree Education Administration related field preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and basic digital tools Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with faculty staff and students Attention to detail confidentiality and problem-solving skills Work Environment Full-time on-campus role some institutes may allow hybrid support Reports to Academic Coordinator Head of Academics Principal Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay - per month Work Location In person
