We are #hiring for a leading NGO!Job Description:Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data architectures to support analytics and business intelligence needs.Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure reliable data ingestion, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to deliver high-quality datasets and data models.Ensure data quality, data governance, and security standards across data platforms.Support cloud-based data infrastructure, including data lakes, warehouses, and modern analytics platforms.Optimize data storage, query performance, and processing efficiency for large-scale datasets.Contribute to automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data pipelines and workflows.Job Requirements:5–7 years of experience in data engineering, including 3+ years in a lead role.Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data processing frameworks.Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools, data warehousing, and data pipeline orchestration.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Strong understanding of data modelling, data architecture, and database optimization.Experience collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large and complex datasets
