Senior Accounts officerIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely collections and completing customer reconciliations within the required timelines. The role requires close coordination with HQ colleagues in Bangalore and strict adherence to credit management guidelines. Your job:Manage accounts receivables, execute credit and dunning activities, and review order blocksPerform receivables ageing analysis, follow up with customers by in person visit, through vendor portals, through phone call etc.Co-ordination to process credit notes for sales returns, discounts, invoice adjustments and customer ledger reconciliations.Prepare, analyze, and distribute outstanding reports to internal stakeholders like, sales team. Collaborate with customers, logistics, order management, and sales teams to ensure timely payments collections, healthy cash inflow, and accurate billing in line with approved credit limit.Keep the department head informed of daily operations and ensure accurate, consistent reporting on any risk.Develop, automate, and enhance financial and operational reports using SAP and Business Intelligence toolsYour qualification:Bachelor of Commerce with 5-8 years of experience in Receivables function. Exposure to SAP environment is preferred.Proven ability to reduce receivable turnover days and ensure timely customer account clearing and well versed with commercial terminologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective negotiation and problem‑solving capabilitiesProficient in reporting and presenting financial insights; enthusiastic, proactive, and an effective team player
