You'll be responsible for keeping our growing network of nano and micro creators engaged, motivated, and active through contests, meetups, events, and ongoing community management. You'll work directly with creators and closely with the sales team, the product team. Expect to spend time in cities, at events, and in WhatsApp groups in equal measure.WHAT YOU'LL DOWeekly Creator ContestsOwn the end-to-end playbook for themed creator contestsIdentify culturally relevant themes and occasions that work for creator contentManage participation, track submissions, and coordinate with the sales team to identify brand partnersManage creator communication before, during, and after each contestCity MeetupsIdentify and partner with interesting venues across cities gaming zones, entertainment spaces, studios, cafesPlan and execute regular creator meetups that are experiential and community-firstHandle on-ground logistics, creator attendance, and post-event content coordinationLarge Creator EventsSupport the planning and execution of quarterly creator-first eventsWork with sponsors, vendors, and the Katha team to deliver seamless event experiencesEnsure strong content output from every eventCommunity ManagementManage curated sub-communities within our larger creator networkRun the city champions program identifying, onboarding, and supporting creator leads in each cityBuild and manage creator loyalty and rewards programsBe the face of Katha to our creator community responsive, warm, and reliableScaleStart in Kerala and scale operations across the country. Build systems and playbooks that allow the community function to scale without breakingWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORSomeone who genuinely enjoys working with people creators, partners, vendors, and teamsOrganized enough to manage multiple moving parts, but comfortable with ambiguityStrong communicator written and verbal; able to brief a creator and pitch a venue partner in the same dayComfortable being on the ground this role involves regular travel across South IndiaHas an eye for what makes good content and understands how creators thinkExperience in community management, events, influencer marketing, or social media is a plus but not a hard requirementEntrepreneurial mindset you'll be building a lot of this from scratchWHAT WE OFFERA fully remote role with significant ownership and responsibility from day oneThe chance to build the creator community function of one of South India's fastest-growing influencer platformsTravel across cities on Katha's accountA small, fast-moving team where your work is visible and your ideas get heard
