Based in Kozhikode, we take pride in our contributions to infrastructure development and structural excellence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Kozhikode. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities on site, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction work, coordinating with team members, maintaining schedules, and implementing quality control measures. The Site Engineer will also ensure that structural specifications are adhered to and provide clear communication to all stakeholders involved in the project.• Supervise daily construction site activities• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and workers• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications• Monitor construction quality and safety standards• Track project progress and report updates to management• Manage site materials, labour, and scheduling• Assist in preparing BOQ, quantity take-offs, and site measurements• Ensure timely completion of construction milestonesQualificationsProficient in on-site supervision and coordination of construction activitiesStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholdersExperience in quality control to ensure standards and specifications are metBackground in Structural Engineering or a degree in Civil EngineeringKnowledge of construction best practices and safety protocolsProblem-solving ability and attention to detailPrevious experience working in similar roles is advantageous• Knowledge of construction methods and site execution• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings• Experience with site supervision and contractor coordination• Basic knowledge of project scheduling and material managementSoftware knowledge is an advantage:• AutoCAD• Microsoft Excel• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply• Strong communication and site management skills why join ARCHIVA EXECUTE?• Opportunity to work on modern architecture and construction projects• Hands-on experience in real project execution• Work with a growing architecture & construction company• Career growth in design-build and turnkey projectsHow to ApplySend your CV to:
