This role goes beyond individual contribution and focuses on pipeline ownership, abandoned cart recovery, team performance, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for driving conversions across inbound leads, demos, and cart abandonment journeys while ensuring a seamless customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesInside Sales Ownership & Revenue GrowthOwn the end-to-end Inside Sales funnel, including inbound leads, demo conversions, and abandoned cart recovery.Drive consistent revenue growth by optimizing sales processes, scripts, and follow-up strategies.Take complete ownership of abandoned cart leads, building structured recovery mechanisms to maximize conversions.Ensure achievement and overachievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Pipeline & CRM ManagementOwn and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, lead prioritization, and timely closures.Maintain high data hygiene and discipline across CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.Track conversion metrics, identify drop-offs, and implement corrective actions to improve funnel efficiency.Customer Engagement & ClosuresHandle high-value inbound and outbound sales conversations and personally close strategic deals.Address complex customer queries, objections, and concerns with confidence and empathy.Deliver tailored product solutions that build trust and long-term customer value.Team Collaboration & Process ImprovementWork closely with the Customer Delight, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth handovers and resolution of customer issues.Share structured customer insights, objections, and feedback to improve product offerings and customer journeys.Mentor and guide junior inside sales team members on best practices, closure techniques, and customer handling.Optimization & Strategic InitiativesContinuously test and refine call strategies, follow-up cadences, and conversion playbooks.Stay updated on product enhancements, market trends, and competitive landscape.Drive initiatives to improve conversion rates, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.Qualifications & SkillsAny graduate degree.4–6 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or high-velocity customer-facing sales roles (Preferably E-Commerce/Retail/D2C background)Proven track record of owning pipelines and achieving aggressive closure targets.Experience handling abandoned cart recovery, lead reactivation, and funnel optimization.Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and virtual communication platforms.Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead from the front, and perform in fast-paced environments.Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.High ownership, resilience, and bias toward action.What You’ll GetCompetitive base salary + attractive performance-based incentives.Opportunity to be part of a dynamic, high-growth sales team.Exposure to diverse customer segments and sales strategies.Learning and development programs to sharpen your sales skills.Why Join Epik?Be part of a fast-growing D2C brand shaping the future of customer experiences.Creative freedom to bring bold ideas to life.Collaborative team with a culture of innovation and autonomyOpportunities for professional growth and skill expansion.To Apply: Send your resume to or Contact 9740784460
